Here's a very useful #FRC complex I use with our gymnasts weekly as a side station on bars. Many gymnasts appear to have lacking overhead mobility, but when further assessed show plenty of passive range. These athletes really lack full range overhead control, strength, and neurological input. This is especially true at end range and with rotation, which is where many gymnastics skills put high forces on the shoulder joints of gymnasts.
