We let the turnips grow big and this is what we got😳Turnips are usually ready for harvest in about 2 months, we let these 2 get bigger to see just how large they can get and if it’s still edible. They can get woody the longer you leave them in, we were lucky that didn’t happen. The ideal harvest size is when the roots are 3-4 inches in diameter.
