We kicked off breeding season a few weeks ago with our replacement heifers. We use a timed AI protocol for every female on the ranch during breeding season. Where our heifers differ is that instead of getting one CIDR, we actually re-CIDR a group of them to catch some second cycle AI calves before turning a bull out.
